阻旋開(kāi)關(guān)是用于固態(tài)物料(包括粉狀、塊狀、粒狀、膠狀等)的物位控制器。它具有密封性好、過(guò)載能力強(qiáng)、輕便易裝、輸出觸點(diǎn)容量大等特點(diǎn)。針對(duì)不同比重的物料可通過(guò)調(diào)彈簧的拉力來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn),其接觸物料部分全為不銹鋼材料。阻旋開(kāi)關(guān)在化工、塑料、水泥、制藥、飼料、食品等行業(yè)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。
二、工作原理
電機(jī)帶動(dòng)葉片旋轉(zhuǎn),當(dāng)被側(cè)介質(zhì)到達(dá)葉片位置時(shí),葉片手足停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),從而觸動(dòng)后面的微動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)輸出開(kāi)關(guān)信號(hào),當(dāng)被測(cè)介質(zhì)下降離開(kāi)葉片時(shí),葉片在彈簧的作用下恢復(fù)原位繼續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。彈簧的拉力可根據(jù)所測(cè)介質(zhì)的比重進(jìn)行調(diào)整,物料比重大時(shí)彈簧調(diào)整到*強(qiáng),反之調(diào)至*弱。
