The NL38-G level switch is a mechanical rotating paddle device designed for solid materials (including powders, granules, lumps, and viscous substances) in industrial silos or hoppers. The stainless steel blade ensures durability and resistance to corrosion, making it suitable for harsh environments with high temperatures or heavy dust.
The switch operates by rotating a paddle via a permanent magnet motor. When material obstructs the paddle, the resistance triggers an internal microswitch to output a signal and cut off power to protect the motor. Once the material level drops, the paddle resumes rotation. The spring tension can be adjusted to accommodate materials of varying densities. 阻旋料位開關也有的稱之為阻旋物位計或者阻旋料位開關、阻旋物位開關等，主要是根據(jù)它具體的不同用途的不同名稱。阻旋式料位開關是采用交流微電機經減速后，帶動檢測葉片慢速旋轉。當被測物料的料位上升使葉片的轉動受到阻擋時，檢測機構主軸產生旋轉位移。此位移先使一個微動開關動作，發(fā)出有料的信號。隨后另一個微動開關動作，切斷微電機的電源使其停止轉動。只要倉內的料位不變，此種狀態(tài)便將一直保持下去。
