阻旋料位開關(guān)產(chǎn)品原理：阻旋料位開關(guān)是一種用于固態(tài)物料（包括粉狀、粒狀、塊狀、膠狀等）的物位控制器。其利用永磁電機(jī)帶動(dòng)葉片旋轉(zhuǎn)，當(dāng)被檢測(cè)物料上升至葉片位置時(shí)，葉片轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)受阻，該阻力通過(guò)傳動(dòng)軸傳遞到接線盒內(nèi)的檢測(cè)裝置，檢測(cè)裝置則向外輸出一個(gè)開關(guān)信號(hào)，并切斷電機(jī)電源使葉片停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。當(dāng)物料下降時(shí)，葉片阻力消失，檢測(cè)裝置便依靠彈簧的拉力恢復(fù)到原始狀態(tài)，葉片恢復(fù)旋轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)。在化工、塑料、鋼鐵、電力、水泥、制藥、飼料、食品等行業(yè)得到了的應(yīng)用。
