The ILTC0 115/230V rotary paddle level switch is a device for detecting solid materials (including powder, granular, lumpy, etc.). The product adopts aluminum alloy housing and stainless steel drive shaft, featuring dustproof and corrosion-resistant properties. The unique three-bearing support design and oil seal structure prevent dust ingress and extend service life. The torque can be adjusted according to material density, and the motor clutch automatically slips to protect the motor when the paddle is overloaded. The product provides multiple power specifications (115V/230V AC) with paddle rotation speed of 1 rpm, suitable for materials with density ≥0.5g/cm³. Operating temperature range is -10℃ to +80℃, with high-temperature version up to 400℃.
工作原理

When the material level is below the detection paddle, the motor drives the paddle to rotate freely. When the material level rises to contact the paddle, the rotation resistance causes the main shaft to displace, triggering the micro switch to output a signal. After the material level drops, the paddle resumes rotation and the device returns to detection state. This mechanical detection principle is simple and reliable, unaffected by material characteristics (such as dust, conductivity, viscosity, etc.), suitable for various industrial environments.
