The HZX-10 rotary paddle level switch is an on-site control device designed for solid materials including powders, granules, lumps, and viscous substances. It operates on the principle of a micro-motor driving a rotating paddle. When the material level rises to contact the paddle, the rotation stops and a switch signal is output while the power is automatically cut off to protect the motor. As the material level drops, the paddle resumes rotation and outputs a no-material signal. The material-contact components are made of stainless steel for enhanced corrosion and wear resistance. Featuring good sealing performance, strong overload protection capability, and easy installation, this product can be adapted to materials of different densities by adjusting spring tension. It finds wide application in industries such as cement, metallurgy, coal, feed, grain, steel, and power plants, particularly suitable for limit alarm applications involving conductive materials or high-dust environments. 阻旋開(kāi)關(guān)是用于固態(tài)物料（包括粉狀、塊狀、粒狀、膠狀等）的物位控制器。它具有密封性好、過(guò)載能力強(qiáng)、輕便易裝、輸出觸點(diǎn)容量大等特點(diǎn)。針對(duì)不同比重的物料可通過(guò)調(diào)彈簧的拉力來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)，其接觸物料部分全為不銹鋼材料。阻旋開(kāi)關(guān)在化工、塑料、水泥、制藥、飼料、食品等行業(yè)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。
二、工作原理
電機(jī)帶動(dòng)葉片旋轉(zhuǎn)，當(dāng)被側(cè)介質(zhì)到達(dá)葉片位置時(shí)，葉片手足停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，從而觸動(dòng)后面的微動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)輸出開(kāi)關(guān)信號(hào)，當(dāng)被測(cè)介質(zhì)下降離開(kāi)葉片時(shí)，葉片在彈簧的作用下恢復(fù)原位繼續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。彈簧的拉力可根據(jù)所測(cè)介質(zhì)的比重進(jìn)行調(diào)整，物料比重大時(shí)彈簧調(diào)整到*強(qiáng)，反之調(diào)至*弱。
