Operating Principle & Features
This level switch utilizes a micro motor to rotate the detection paddle at 1 RPM. When no material contacts the paddle,the motor runs normally; when material rises to the paddle level,the rotation stops and triggers internal mechanism to output switch signal while cutting power supply. The spring return mechanism resumes operation when material level drops. Adjustable torque setting allows precise detection for materials with different densities. 阻旋料位開(kāi)關(guān)也有的稱之為阻旋物位計(jì)或者阻旋料位開(kāi)關(guān)、阻旋物位開(kāi)關(guān)等，主要是根據(jù)它具體的不同用途的不同名稱。阻旋式料位開(kāi)關(guān)是采用交流微電機(jī)經(jīng)減速后，帶動(dòng)檢測(cè)葉片慢速旋轉(zhuǎn)。當(dāng)被測(cè)物料的料位上升使葉片的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)受到阻擋時(shí)，檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)主軸產(chǎn)生旋轉(zhuǎn)位移。此位移先使一個(gè)微動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)動(dòng)作，發(fā)出有料的信號(hào)。隨后另一個(gè)微動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)動(dòng)作，切斷微電機(jī)的電源使其停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。只要倉(cāng)內(nèi)的料位不變，此種狀態(tài)便將一直保持下去。
