The ZB-10-XC rotary paddle level switch is designed for solid material level detection (including powders, granules, lumps and viscous substances). 二、工作原理
電機(jī)帶動(dòng)葉片旋轉(zhuǎn)，當(dāng)被側(cè)介質(zhì)到達(dá)葉片位置時(shí)，葉片手足停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，從而觸動(dòng)后面的微動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)輸出開(kāi)關(guān)信號(hào)，當(dāng)被測(cè)介質(zhì)下降離開(kāi)葉片時(shí)，葉片在彈簧的作用下恢復(fù)原位繼續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。彈簧的拉力可根據(jù)所測(cè)介質(zhì)的比重進(jìn)行調(diào)整，物料比重大時(shí)彈簧調(diào)整到*強(qiáng)，反之調(diào)至*弱。
