The JDR-250G-10S level switch is an intelligent industrial detection device specifically designed for monitoring solid particles, powders and liquid media. Combining mechanical lever principle with electronic sensing technology, this modular-structured equipment provides accurate material level detection and control, offering reliable solution for production process management.
Constructed with 304 stainless steel, the device demonstrates excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, maintaining stable operation within -40℃ to +150℃ temperature range. The measuring mechanism features bidirectional rotating detection paddle with 85° swing angle, effectively preventing false triggering caused by material accumulation. Mirror-polished contact surfaces minimize residue adhesion, making it particularly suitable for high-cleanliness applications in food and pharmaceutical industries.
Equipped with proprietary transmission system and overload protection mechanism, the device ensures reliable performance even in high-impact material environments. The optically isolated signal output terminal is compatible with PLC/DCS control systems, supporting freely switchable NO/NC modes.
