The UDA-100 level switch is a mechanical detection device specifically designed for solid materials including powders, granules, lumps and viscous substances. It utilizes a micro-motor drive system connected with clutch mechanism through transmission shaft. When the paddle remains free from material contact, the motor operates normally; upon encountering material, the motor stops rotating and outputs contact signal while automatically cutting off power supply. The detection mechanism resets to initial position via torsion spring after material level drops.
