The QR-60 rotary paddle level switch is designed for detecting solid materials including powders, granules, lumps and viscous substances. It operates on the principle of a permanent magnet motor driving a rotating paddle. When rising material obstructs the paddle s rotation, the resistance is transmitted via a drive shaft to the detection unit in the junction box, which outputs a switch signal and cuts power to the motor. As material level drops, the spring mechanism restores the paddle to rotating status. 二、工作原理
電機帶動葉片旋轉(zhuǎn)，當(dāng)被側(cè)介質(zhì)到達(dá)葉片位置時，葉片手足停止轉(zhuǎn)動，從而觸動后面的微動開關(guān)輸出開關(guān)信號，當(dāng)被測介質(zhì)下降離開葉片時，葉片在彈簧的作用下恢復(fù)原位繼續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動。彈簧的拉力可根據(jù)所測介質(zhì)的比重進行調(diào)整，物料比重大時彈簧調(diào)整到*強，反之調(diào)至*弱。
