English Introduction
The RT50 Rotary Paddle Level Switch is designed for solid material level detection (including powders, granules, lumps, and viscous substances) in industries such as chemicals, plastics, cement, pharmaceuticals, feed, and food. It operates on a motor-driven paddle principle: when material obstructs the rotating paddle, resistance triggers an internal mechanism to output a switch signal and cut off power, resuming rotation once material recedes.
Constructed with SUS304 stainless steel paddle and adjustable spring tension, the RT50 adapts to materials of varying densities (≥0.5g/cm³). Key features include dust-proof sealing, overload protection, and easy installation. For horizontal mounting, a 10°~20° downward tilt is recommended to minimize material impact, while avoiding direct placement near feed inlets. 一、產品簡介：
阻旋開關是用于固態(tài)物料（包括粉狀、塊狀、粒狀、膠狀等）的物位控制器。它具有密封性好、過載能力強、輕便易裝、輸出觸點容量大等特點。針對不同比重的物料可通過調彈簧的拉力來實現，其接觸物料部分全為不銹鋼材料。阻旋開關在化工、塑料、水泥、制藥、飼料、食品等行業(yè)得到了廣泛的應用。
二、工作原理
電機帶動葉片旋轉，當被側介質到達葉片位置時，葉片手足停止轉動，從而觸動后面的微動開關輸出開關信號，當被測介質下降離開葉片時，葉片在彈簧的作用下恢復原位繼續(xù)轉動。彈簧的拉力可根據所測介質的比重進行調整，物料比重大時彈簧調整到*強，反之調至*弱。
