Working Principle
This level switch operates with a micro-motor driving the detection vane at low speed (typically 1 RPM). When rising material obstructs the vane s rotation, the resistance is transmitted to the internal mechanism which activates micro-switches - one for signal output and another for motor cutoff. After material level drops, the spring-loaded system automatically resets to standby mode. The overload protection mechanism prevents motor damage during unexpected resistance.
