The DMK-GF150A rotary paddle level switch is an industrial automation control instrument designed for solid materials including powders, granules, and bulk solids. Working Principle
This level switch operates by using a permanent magnet motor to rotate the paddle. When rising material obstructs the paddle s rotation, the resistance is transmitted through the drive shaft to the detection unit, triggering a switch signal and cutting off motor power. As material level drops and resistance disappears, the detection unit resets via spring tension and the paddle resumes rotation. The spring tension can be adjusted according to material density for precise detection - stronger for heavier materials and weaker for lighter ones.412

二、工作原理
電機帶動葉片旋轉(zhuǎn)，當被側(cè)介質(zhì)到達葉片位置時，葉片手足停止轉(zhuǎn)動，從而觸動后面的微動開關輸出開關信號，當被測介質(zhì)下降離開葉片時，葉片在彈簧的作用下恢復原位繼續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動。彈簧的拉力可根據(jù)所測介質(zhì)的比重進行調(diào)整，物料比重大時彈簧調(diào)整到*強，反之調(diào)至*弱。
