When no material contacts the paddle, the motor runs continuously; upon material contact, the motor stops and triggers a switching signal. The device incorporates explosion-proof construction, dual-layer dust protection, and clutch mechanisms for motor safeguarding. 一、產(chǎn)品簡介：
阻旋開關(guān)是用于固態(tài)物料（包括粉狀、塊狀、粒狀、膠狀等）的物位控制器。它具有密封性好、過載能力強(qiáng)、輕便易裝、輸出觸點(diǎn)容量大等特點(diǎn)。針對不同比重的物料可通過調(diào)彈簧的拉力來實(shí)現(xiàn)，其接觸物料部分全為不銹鋼材料。阻旋開關(guān)在化工、塑料、水泥、制藥、飼料、食品等行業(yè)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。
二、工作原理
電機(jī)帶動葉片旋轉(zhuǎn)，當(dāng)被側(cè)介質(zhì)到達(dá)葉片位置時，葉片手足停止轉(zhuǎn)動，從而觸動后面的微動開關(guān)輸出開關(guān)信號，當(dāng)被測介質(zhì)下降離開葉片時，葉片在彈簧的作用下恢復(fù)原位繼續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動。彈簧的拉力可根據(jù)所測介質(zhì)的比重進(jìn)行調(diào)整，物料比重大時彈簧調(diào)整到*強(qiáng)，反之調(diào)至*弱。
