English Introduction
The JFTM30/31/32 series level switches are designed for solid materials including powders, granules and bulk solids. These devices utilize a micro-motor drive mechanism connected to the clutch via a transmission shaft. When no material contacts the blade, the motor operates normally. As material rises to the blade position, rotation resistance stops the motor while triggering contact signal output and cutting power supply. After material level drops, the blade resets automatically through spring action. Featuring good sealing performance, overload protection and easy installation, these switches employ stainless steel components for material contact parts, making them suitable for chemical, plastic, cement, pharmaceutical, feed and food industries. The design accommodates materials of varying densities through adjustable spring tension. Special oil seals prevent dust penetration while dual bearings enhance operational stability.
