The XX Series Multi-functional Abrasion Tester is a precision instrument specifically designed for evaluating surface durability of materials, widely applied in quality control processes across consumer electronics, automotive manufacturing, packaging industries and other sectors. Featuring modular design architecture, this equipment enables seamless switching between alcohol resistance testing, eraser abrasion evaluation, and standard reciprocating friction detection, catering to diverse material wear resistance assessment requirements.
Constructed with high-strength alloy framework and precision linear guide systems, the equipment guarantees smooth operation and consistent friction trajectory during testing procedures. The core control unit integrates an intelligent operating system with 7-inch touchscreen interface, allowing digital configuration of critical parameters including friction velocity, test cycles, and pressure load. Experimental data can be directly exported via USB port for post-analysis. The adjustable clamping system accommodates various specimen geometries, supporting sample dimensions up to 300mm×200mm, complemented by pneumatic compression devices to ensure specimen stability.
Standard configurations include three interchangeable friction modules: an automatic medical cotton ball saturator for simulating alcohol wiping scenarios, a certified eraser module for printed material evaluation, and expandable interfaces for user-defined friction media. The cycle counting mechanism employs photoelectric sensing technology with automatic error alert function, offering test cycle range from 1 to 999,999 times with ±0.5% accuracy.
