Constructed with high-strength alloy core components, the series incorporates multi-layer buffer structures and vibration-damping filling technology to effectively absorb instantaneous impacts and continuous vibrations during equipment operation. The 360° full-view toughened glass window features dual-color scale markings and fluorescent pointers, ensuring clear readability under low-light or vibrating conditions. The fully-sealed measuring mechanism achieves IP65 protection level, resisting oil infiltration, humidity, and dust erosion.
For high-pressure oil pump applications, the built-in pressure pulsation suppression system utilizes multi-stage damping adjustment to filter high-frequency fluctuations, maintaining measurement accuracy and stability. With measurement ranges from 0-6MPa to 0-100MPa, the gauges support both axial and radial connection types, compatible with global mainstream pump installations.
