EH-302系列非接觸式接近傳感器是基恩士工業(yè)檢測領(lǐng)域的創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品，采用電磁感應(yīng)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)金屬目標(biāo)物的可靠檢測。該系列產(chǎn)品內(nèi)置高頻振蕩電路與信號處理模塊，可在復(fù)雜工業(yè)環(huán)境中保持穩(wěn)定工作狀態(tài)，適用于機(jī)械設(shè)備、自動化產(chǎn)線等多種工業(yè)場景。
產(chǎn)品采用全封閉式不銹鋼外殼結(jié)構(gòu)，表面經(jīng)特殊防腐蝕處理，能夠有效抵御油污、粉塵及潮濕環(huán)境的侵蝕。傳感頭部配置溫度補(bǔ)償電路，在-25℃至+70℃工作范圍內(nèi)保持檢測精度穩(wěn)定。其緊湊型圓柱結(jié)構(gòu)（直徑30mm）支持多種安裝方式，可靈活適配不同機(jī)械裝置的安裝需求。

The EH-302 Series proximity sensor is a non-contact detection device developed by KEYENCE for industrial automation applications. Utilizing advanced electromagnetic induction technology, this sensor reliably identifies metallic objects without physical contact, making it suitable for various industrial environments including production machinery and automated systems.
Constructed with a fully sealed stainless steel housing, the sensor features specialized surface treatment that provides enhanced resistance against oil contamination, dust accumulation, and moisture exposure. The integrated temperature compensation circuitry ensures consistent detection accuracy across an operational temperature range of -25℃ to +70℃. Its compact cylindrical design (30mm diameter) supports multiple mounting configurations for flexible integration with different mechanical setups.
The EH-302 series offers three standard detection ranges (3mm/5mm/8mm) to accommodate diverse application requirements. Equipped with environmental interference suppression technology, the sensor maintains stable operation in areas with electromagnetic disturbances. Supporting DC10-30V power input with reverse polarity protection and overload protection, the device ensures operational safety. The dual-output configuration (NPN/PNP) provides compatibility with mainstream control systems.
